New College Doncaster has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and enthusiastic tutor to join our study support team on a fixed term basis.

As a Study Support Tutor, you will work closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning, and will support young people with special educational needs, disabilities and additional needs to make outstanding academic progress and to flourish as individuals. Sensitivity, flexibility, empathy and good personal communication are important skills for this role, helping to build positive and constructive relationships with young adults.

The successful candidate will have knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment and must be willing to undertake further training relevant to the post.
