My client is a top tier law firm and has an exciting opportunity for an associate/senior associate to join their employment team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with esteemed partners, solicitors, and trainees in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

The Role:
Undertake challenging cases independently, supported by their experienced partners, while also nurturing your own client base.Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members effectively, ensuring high-quality work delivery.Contribute to business development initiatives and foster professional relationships with clients.The Candidate:
5+ years PQE with a comprehensive background in employment law, encompassing unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, whistle-blowing claims, TUPE, tribunal and court litigation, redundancy, and advisory services.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport with clients.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse caseload efficiently.Strong business acumen with a keen interest in contributing to the growth and success of the firm.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing junior team members.The Firm:
