South East London Mind's Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people with mental health needs back into work. We aim to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from Community Mental Health Teams, building positive relationships with clients and local employers to help achieve this goal.
We are currently seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to work as part of the Community Mental Health and Mental Health Hub Teams. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach (for which training will be given).
The successful candidates will work in line with the 25-points fidelity scale.
