Unser Portfolio Management & Delivery Team innerhalb von RWE Offshore Wind sucht einen Senior Project Engineer (m/w/d), der durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von O&M-Konzepten und flottenweiten Projekten (einschließlich kommerzieller, technischer, betrieblicher, organisatorischer und vertraglicher Aspekte sowie Risiken und Chancen) für Verbesserungen in unseren Betriebsanlagen sorgt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung strategischer Betriebskonzepte für unsere Offshore-Windparks
  • Projektleitungsfunktion; Beratung der Projekte zu spezifischen und besonderen Fragestellungen des Fachgebiets
  • Entwicklung von Betriebsbereitschaftsplänen zur Erfüllung des prognostizierten Wachstums und Durchführung flottenweiter Projekte zur Unterstützung der Strategie
  • Leitung und Bewertung von Designkonzepten, technischen Lösungen und Risiken sowie Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für technische und kommerzielle Entscheidungen
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Offshore-Betriebsteams, um kontinuierlich Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und betriebliches Wachstum zu entwickeln
  • Einsatz von Projektmanagement- und Stakeholder-Management-Methoden zur Verfolgung und Berichterstattung des Fortschritts durch standardisierte Governance-Strukturen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Arbeitsbeziehungen zu entwickeln und die effektive und rechtzeitige Umsetzung von flottenweiten Projekten zu gewährleisten
  • Verantwortlich für den Austausch von Best Practices durch spezielle Formate und Foren

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem relevanten Studiengang (vorzugsweise Master)
  • Mind. 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und überdurchschnittliches Fachwissen über Aufbau, Funktionsweise und Betrieb von Windparks und deren Komponenten; vertraut mit

    Stand der Wissenschaft, Forschung und Technik
  • Projektmanagementkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams und Begleitung von Mitarbeitern
  • Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit MS Office (Schwerpunkt Excel und Power Point), Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierungstools von Vorteil (insbesondere Tableau)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit in internationalen Teams, hohe Flexibilität und Initiative bei der Bearbeitung neuer Aufgaben
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (Deutsch oder andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen
