Position: Music Teacher (KS3 - KS4)
Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Lichfield
Hours: 8:25 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Music Teacher to inspire and educate students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be passionate about music and committed to delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their musical development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and a love of music.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
  • Participate in school concerts, events, and extra-curricular activities, contributing to the broader school community.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Music.
  • Experience teaching Music at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
