18th Edition
JIB Gold Card - Desired
AM1 OR AM2

HVAP
LV/AP
AP Pressure Systems

About the role:


We are looking to take on board a strong Shift Engineer to be based on a High-End site in Chiswick (West London).

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.

There is a succession plan for this role meaning they will be looking to progressing you into a Shift Leader.


Responsibilities:
You will be part of a large team on a High-End Commercial site in the West London.

You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.

Critical or Data Centre experience is essential.
Must have experience on UPS generators.
Monitoring a BMS system.
Single persons shift on nights
Two person shift on days
Ideally live within an hour from site.

Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical/electrical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.

Strong building services background
At least three years' experience in FM industry
HV/AP
