What you'll be doing:

As the Security Controller, you have overall day to day responsibility for all aspects of security and you are specifically responsible for interpreting, implementing and monitoring security controls for the appropriate protection of classified assets held on the site

You will conduct security reviews, support onsite teams with implementation of infrastructure uplifts to maintain compliance

As part of your role, you will ensure you adhere to all legislative, customer physical and operational security standards

You will manage Service Level Agreements with guarding service provider to ensure contractual requirements are met

Engage with Senior Stakeholders, ensuring Operational Security needs are identified in business planning/development

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Significant Security Experience within a High Profile, High Risk organisation holding Secret and Above UK, US and NATO PM materials

Evidence based extensive security experience in all fields including Personnel, Physical, Cyber (Desirable) and Information Security

Risk Management and Business Continuity Experience

Knowledge of Gov 007, JSP440 and FSC

Desirable:

Appropriate Security qualification from a certified body

STRAPSO

SHE Experience in a management role advantageous

The Site Security Team:

The Site Security Manager will work with a high performing small friendly team and act as the Security SME for the site leadership team. This high profile role is responsible for the day to day running of Security within a World Leading Defence Industry Provider.
