Responsibilities

  • Continuously support the team, encouraging high standards, including skill development, strong data integrity, and candidate evaluation.
  • Offer daily, ongoing support to the Sales and Consumer team.
Offer and identify chances for the company to grow by our goals and purposes.
Ascertain that the Operations Manager is informed of any noteworthy advancements.
Actively participate in and collaborate with the management team.

  • Deliver timely, accurate management information with analysis to the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership team.
  • Commit to the work and leadership of the organisation.

About you:

  • To successfully oversee and manage the sales and customer team and guarantee that the department has the necessary resources.
  • Participate in team and management meetings, playing a part that is suitable for the company to guarantee delivery of performance, objectives, and service standards.
  • As part of the management team, you will operate as an ambassador for the company, always promoting its vision and values.
  • You will manage regular communications to the industry and provide reporting.
  • You will work with the Operations Manager to plan and budget development projects.
  • You will contribute to business planning and budgeting. bolster L&D, marketing, and other sales initiatives.
