Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Devizes area, who are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Reviewing overdue accounts and reconciling queries
  • Sending out supplier statements
  • Setting up and processing payments
  • Monthly direct debit runs
  • Additional duties to help the team as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • A proven track record in a similar role is essential
  • Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email

What you will receive in return:

  • To 25,000pa DOE
  • Monday to Friday full time (please note 100% office based)
  • Varied role where no two days are the same
  • Opportunity to progress
