An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Procurement professional to join a growing organisation as an Indirect Buyer

Role responsibilities include;
Target cost saving & consolidation opportunities whilst maintaining quality and service.
Analyse current spend and look for opportunities to save costs in line with business KPI's.
Drive and develop a reliable, sustainable, and robust supply chain.
Develop and implement contracts and long-term agreements.
Manage bids and tenders for all contracting work.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received, ensuring that any issues are fully investigated and resolved.
Develop and introduce KPI's throughout the indirect categories.
Ensure compliance with processes and procedures

Key skills required;
Proven experience as a Buyer
Indirect Procurement experience
Strong Negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems
IT Literate with Intermediate Excel skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Motivated and Positive attitude
