Key Responsibilities:
Manage a range of property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusionOpening files and progressing matters efficientlyKeeping clients up to date with costs estimatesUndertaking business development activities Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors in a professional and timely mannerUse your technical experience and knowledge to support & mentor the wider team as required
Requirements:
10 Years + PQEProven track record in handling all aspects of Residential Property, with the ability to manage a varied caseloadCommercial awareness and a strong understanding of business developmentRobust IT skills, including proficiency in case management systemsExperience in mentoring junior staff members is a distinct advantage
