We offer an exciting opportunity to join the UK Regional Support team as a Development Coordinator. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring the operational Region is equipped to educate, develop, and support trainees, interns, apprentices, and operational staff through the implementation of a cohesive training framework.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Align work across the different regions where feasible and create a uniformed level of education for operational technicians and other staff
  • Coordinate bachelor internships across the region and collect projects that can be used for the bachelor thesis
  • Coordinate trainees and apprentices across the Region acting as the first point of contact
  • Responsible for the contact to various educations places (schools etc.) and unions regarding apprenticeship and education of the employees in the region
  • Responsible to develop and update Education material, systems and processes used in the Region for Learning and Training
  • Supporting the sites, Procurement and Commercial Management in tenders regarding Learning Training
  • Responsible for develop and update the training catalogue across the region
  • Develop and constantly update the education material and standards for internships, apprenticeships and operational staff education
  • Responsible for the Regional approval to educate apprentices etc. in the Region
  • Monitoring of employee training records and certification dates

As our Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth of our colleagues through tailored training and guidance, driven by your unwavering passion and commitment. You characterise yourself as open and positive, and you eagerly impart your knowledge and vision to empower your colleagues.

Next to this, you bring:

  • Appropriate educational background to the role and possess a business administration qualification
  • Verifiable track record and experience of project assistant, administration support and maintaining office systems
  • Experience working with young people and education
  • Experience working with governments and schools regarding education
  • Engineering/Wind Farm operational experience to ensure relevance of training pipeline
  • Good level of communication skill and excellent problem-solving skills
  • IT-Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and be proactive
  • Fluent in English, spoken as well as written

Location: The location of this position is flexible across the UK. Ideally based at one of our operational sites (Ramsgate, Ormonde, Aberdeen) You will be need to to travel to all UK site's and occasionally abroad.
