We are looking to add to our team of inspirational and forward-thinking Teaching and Learning Leads who will play a vital role in developing our teaching and learning as we embark on the next phase of our journey. This is a new and additional post for the school to enhance our Teaching and Learning Team. We are proud of our robust academic and pastoral ethos and are looking to take the impact of our work to even higher levels so that what Drayton Manor offers the education system continues to become ever more distinctive.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, stay abreast of the latest developments in pedagogy and challenge us to deliver the very best teaching and learning for our students. They will prepare and oversee the implementation of developments across the school, train and guide colleagues and undertake educational research. They will also develop links with other schools to share best practice and to enable us to draw on the experience of other schools.
