Farleigh School seeks to appoint an Assistant Houseparent to support the Houseparents in providing outstanding pastoral care within our senior girls years) boarding house and supporting the school's wraparound care provision, including supporting junior prep, twilight club and supper.

As a Catholic school, there is an expectation that staff uphold the values and ethos of the school but being a practicing Catholic is not a pre-requisite for the post.

This is a part time, term time only position and working 29 hours during non-exeat weeks and 23 hours per week during exeat weeks, where Friday is a non-working day, the specific working pattern is:

Non-exeat weeks: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 4.30pm to 10.30pm and 3.30pm to 10.30pm on a Wednesday with a 20 minute unpaid break each day.

Exeat weeks: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 4.30pm to 10.30pm and 3.30pm to 10.30pm on a Wednesday with a 20 minute unpaid break each day.
