About the role

We're recruiting a Financial Accountant (part qualified) on a 12 month FTC to play an important role within our Financial Control team, reporting into the Senior Financial Accountant and working closely with the wider finance team in London and Amsterdam, as well as the rest of the business.

The role has month-end responsibilities, suiting someone with a mix of management and financial accounting experience. This role will also help perform analysis for senior stakeholders to better understand our performance.

You will need to be flexible to work on a hybrid basis, 2 days a week from our London office.

Key

responsibilities:Supporting our technology business through intangible fixed asset accounting, reporting and analysis Producing monthly management accounts including commentary on actuals vs budget Working with the business to improve our processes and workstreams Performing balance sheet reconciliations and owning our financial controls Assisting with and audit preparation and completion Support to various improvement projects, such as streamlining accounting processes, and the roll out of new systems and tools
About you:Part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent Proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work An analytical and problem-solving mind-set to understand, challenge and ask the relevant questions Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities with a high attention to detail Excellent Excel skills Excellent communication skills
