Pertemps is seeking a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kidderminster.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about welding and eager to grow within a supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Weld and fabricate components according to detailed plans, ensuring high-quality results.
Operate welding machinery and related tools to meet customer specifications.
Use grinders and buffers to clean and smooth parts before and after welding.
Keep all equipment and tools clean and well-maintained.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Ensure the workspace is tidy and well-organised, with all materials and tools readily accessible.
Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a TIG Welder, ideally within a similar industry.
A keen eye for detail and precision in all aspects of work.
Ability to work with a variety of materials and gauges.
Experience welding aluminium materials ranging from 0.8mm to 3.0mm in thickness.
Strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
Maintain thorough records of completed work.
