Additionally, they must demonstrate the vision and initiative to ensure that the sixth form at Clayesmore remains innovative, relevant, and attractive for our pupils, as well as those joining from elsewhere, at this crucial stage in their educational journey.

Clear, effective communication skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
