Multi-Skilled Technician, Birmingham Based, Temp to Perm Vacancy

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Technician with electrical knowledge based in Birmingham

Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for attending pre-arranged responsive repair appointments, either completing works or arranging follow up appointments with customers
  • Ability to provide enhanced repairs and maintenance services to both voids and day-to-day repairs
  • Plan and prioritise workloads effectively, considering priorities and customer needs, completion dates, timescales, and the order of works
  • Skilled in electrics, plumbing, carpentry and plastering
  • Carrying out works to occupied or void properties
  • Carry out emergency works out of hours, ensuring they are carried out efficiently
  • Maintain company vehicles and allocated plant, tools, and equipment, carrying out regular checks and reporting any maintenance or repair issues
  • Effective diary management and ability to work to deadlines
  • Maintain good relations with internal and external customers and attend team meetings
  • Work vehicle and tools will be provided
