What you need to know about the role...

Join our team as a Payment Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing member payment revenue streams.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analysing payment data to efficiently resolve payment discrepancies, and developing and presenting comprehensive member payment reports, highlighting key trends and issues.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in mapping and enhancing payment processes and systems, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure their efficiency and accuracy.

If you're passionate about maximizing revenue potential and driving operational excellence in payment management, this role is for you.

This role encompasses key priority areas:

• Support member payment revenue management by monitoring and analysing payment data, efficiently resolving payment discrepancies, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
• Take a lead in developing and presenting member payment reports, identifying key trends and issues.
• Play a key role in mapping and enhancing payment processes & systems, while proactively collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends & regulatory changes related to payment systems.
• Provide support & training to team members on payment-related matters.

What we need from you...

• High proficiency in SQL & Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in a payments analyst role or similar position.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team environment.
