Are you an experienced and qualified SENCO looking for an exciting new leadership position?

We are looking to recruit an outstanding colleague to join our supportive and inclusive community, leading this crucial aspect of our provision.

This post requires someone who is able, willing and confident to lead our whole community on SEND, including our large Learning Support Team. You should be able to demonstrate your track record of success and personal qualities to show how you would align with our Trust's ethos and objectives.

Bordering the Lakes and the Dales and yet surprisingly well-connected, for over 400 years we have forged a strong community ethos providing 'Scholarship and Care'. We're immensely proud of our commitment to the highest quality teaching and learning coupled with extraordinary pastoral care. We are a truly comprehensive community in which every child is cared for, supported and stretched, moving on to diverse destinations, from local apprenticeships and college courses to highly selective universities.

Building on our long successful history, we launched our sister school in September 2017 creating a small multi-academy trust of our 2 schools, the Lunesdale Learning Trust.
