The Opportunity

This finance business partner role is exceptionally commercially focused, supporting many areas of the business including Construction, Tech and Commercial. The role will require someone who is comfortable providing clear financial analysis of large volumes of data to support decision making, with strong time management skills to manage multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives of individual projects and managing those that are running concurrently. Ensuring any deviations from project plans are escalated and mitigation plans in place for both cost and time deviations. Be responsible for updating key stakeholders in a timely manner. Providing financial analysis on large volumes of data to the business to support the financial decision making, particularly highlighting risks and opportunities around margin for both the online and store business. Providing financial analysis on marketing activations in store and online to determine if successful and ensure optimisation in future Assisting with the financial budgeting and forecasting including assisting with the financial modelling of projects and margin. Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting around projects and margin reporting. Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders across the business. Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What You'll Bring ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Experience in an analytical role, ideally within a retail business, having worked closely with stakeholders across the business Excellent ability to proactively conduct analysis and generate insights that the business can interpret Advanced excel skills preferred Ability to prioritise and manage own workloads, be flexible in your working style and enjoy working to tight deadlines A proven track record of building relationships influencing decisions across levels and functions of an organisation Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to dig into detail when required but also view the bigger picture at all times A passion for continuous improvement Ability to relay financial and analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority While at Sephora, You'll Enjoy...
