Noah's Ark Zoo Farm are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join our Visitor Operations team as a Weekend Park Ranger.

You will thrive in a busy, customer-facing team and help with the day to day running of our award-winning zoo.

We are looking for that person who has a flair for providing outstanding customer service, you will be enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

Some of your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responding to queries and questions.
  • Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Keeping the site clean and tidy.
  • Working in our ticket office and Welcome team on a regular basis.

About you:

  • You will be friendly, outgoing, and charismatic individual that enjoys working outside with members of the public.
  • Experience of customer service in retail, leisure or hospitality.
  • A full current manual driving licence.
  • High cleaning standards.
  • Good team player with a flexible can-do attitude.

Work Pattern & Hours:

2 days per week: Saturday and Sunday, permanent contract.

Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Winter hours may vary).
