The role will report to the Financial Controller who needs a right hand person to support the management and development of the reporting function. The core role is the assistance in the production of financial accounts/reports.

Key Duties and

Responsibilities:
  • Assistance in the preparation of regular group reports including monthly management accounts, cash reporting and quarterly statutory consolidation;
  • Working with site teams to review and understand monthly costs whilst improving reporting accuracy;
  • Periodically visiting job sites;
  • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts;
  • Support FC on ad hoc administrative and commercial projects
    Essential Requirements
    • AAT Qualified / Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA
    • Hands on with ability to get into the detail.
    • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all areas and levels within the businesses.
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Strong skills in accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines.
    • Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
