Residential Plot Sales - HOD

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join a top commercial law firm and head up their Plot Sales Team.

This role is offered on a fully flexible working basis from Bristol or Manchester and would best suit a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a specialist background in plot sales.

As a key addition to the existing team, you can expect to be involved with:Acting for clients providing private sale and shared ownership homesDealing with all aspects of legal site set-up and attending site set-up meetingsManaging a team of six dealing with all aspects of a plot sales transaction from initial instruction to completionManaging the financial performance of the team and financial planning e.g. budget settingTaking an active involvement in the supervision and development of junior team membersLiaising closely with partners and colleagues across office locations within Real Estate to help identify and support business development initiatives to win new clients and new work from existing clients

To apply you must be a Chartered Legal Executive with a legal background specialising in plot sales.
