Spa Therapist

Our Spa team is dedicated to providing the ultimate experience for all guests who visit us, whether it be for a luxurious Spa day or one-off treat. Here at the Secret Garden Spa at Congham Hall Hotel we take great pride in offering bespoke treatments to all of our guests making each experience personal and like no other.

To enable this way of working we are therefore looking for additional talented Spa Therapists with a passion for guest service and who really wants to make a real difference to join our team. Full and Part Time Hours are available.

Our Spa Therapists are to reflect positive images of our hotel, being customer focused, friendly and able to address requests made by guests. This role is essential in providing and maintaining the highest standard customer service, quality treatments, in depth knowledge and advice of our Spa procedures and products. Full training will be given upon our Elemental Herbology brand and treatments.

We require therapists with warm, friendly personalities and to be passionate about delivering the very best Spa experience each and every day. To have previous experience in a similar role or a real desire to prove yourself as a first-time therapist. Every therapist needs to be NVQ Level 3 or similar level Spa related qualifications and be fully qualified as a minimum in manicures, pedicures, massage and facials.

Usual hours are 9.30am to 6.15pm and working days will include some weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
