Fabric Engineer

Fabric Maintenance Operative required in Dover

The Maintenance Operative role will work on a mobile contract looking after commercial building maintenance.

The role will include general maintenance of the facility and candidates with plumbing and basic electrical knowledge are preferable.

This is a great opportunity for a Fabric Engineer to join a market leading Facilities Maintenance company

Duties to include;

To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.Low level PPM tasks as required.Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms

Mobile role Van and fule card provided Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Perm role

References must be provided to vouch for previous works and prior to starting on site candidates will be required to meet with the client for a short interview.
