They are looking to recruit an experienced Dialler Manager. You will be responsible for all communication platforms and involved in researching emerging customer engagement technologies.

Key skills and experience:3+ years as a Dialler ManagerExperienced working in a call centre environmentExperienced in analysing large sets of data using SQL or SASHands-on experience and expertise in call centre technologies, Dialler, CMS and other applications.Experience managing multiple contact channels within a call centre setting.Solid grasp of scorecard modelling processes, with the ability to assess scorecard performance.Demonstrated experience in effecting change through senior stakeholder management.
