Multi Skilled Joiner

Multi-Skilled Joiners required in and around Sheffield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs, E.W.I and kitchen and bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the West Yorkshire area.
The Role
Main duties are skirtings, hanging doors, architraves, Installing Kitchens - one every 10-15 days, plaster-patching, replacing glass panels in the window frames, Tiling 3 courses above the worktops and touching up paint work.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for months work.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Joiner
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
