This role would be a good fit for a Court of Protection Solicitor seeking good training, continuous career development and a platform to grow.

This top 200 firm is based in the heart of Central London, close to Euston station. They have a heritage dating back over forty years and are known for their high-quality work and exceptional client base.

You will find a quality of work, that will place you working on the other side of incredibly large practices, but with the nice aspects of working for a smaller firm.

The firm stands at a head count of 100. You will find the firm embraces very modern working-day practices which includes hybrid working.

The firm has a strong leadership team with solid plans for growth over the next 12-24 months, this is being driven by an influx of new work and instructions.

The role

The firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join the firms vibrant, Central London office based close to Euston.

You will work as part of a highly skilled court of protection team of five.

You will deal with work that is in relation to court of protection matters, that have come about as a result of complex personal injury or clinical negligence. The firm is highly regarded for their complex personal injury work, and as a result there is a growing amount of court of protection work, the department currently is very busy.

The Court of Protection team has plans to grow by a couple of new hires. You will work alongside a very approachable and well-known partner. The work quality is excellent and varied, making for an interesting role.

This role comes with good prospects, as a result of departmental growth.

Requirements

You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor with between NQ-3 years PQEIf you are not dealing with a sole COP caseload, this is fine so long as you have a strong interest in this areaYou will have excellent client care skillsSalary is negotiable depending on your background and level of experience
