Lead, inspire, and guide the next generation as our Assistant Principal (Director of Post 16) in a vibrant secondary school environment

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to assume the role of Assistant Principal (Director of Post 16). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our sixth form students, fostering an environment of academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic development.

This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding. The staff at Avanti House Secondary School are passionate about our school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities of all our students.

Avanti House Secondary School is a faith-designated (Hindu) state school which opened in September 2012. Staff and students at the school do not originate from any specific faith background and applications are welcome from practitioners of any faith and from those of none

What are we looking for?
