As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll get to step into the shoes of the Home Manager in their absence, supervising and coaching your team to deliver unparalleled care.

As a Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements.
11 Supernumerary hours
Providing specialist nursing care and advice.
Taking on the role of Home Manager in their absence.
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
Managing time effectively and maintaining meaningful records

The ideal Deputy Home Manager candidate should have:
A valid Pin number and knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home.
Positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people.
Excellent mentoring skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A true attentive and generous nature when communicating with residents and co-workers.
