Your new role The HR Advisor will work with our people managers to address issues across the business, spotting trends and sharing knowledge on individual ER cases to ensure best practice is developed and used.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 qualified and above, or working towards, or have demonstrable experience. Previous experience in an HR or employee relations role with a good up to date understanding of employment law is important.You should have the ability to interpret data, utilise dashboards to identify trends and maintain and monitor HR systems, all whilst ensuring the accuracy of data.You'll need experience working with a broad range of stakeholders such as senior leaders and trade union representatives, with good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is paramount, with strong organisation skills and the ability to form strong, productive relationships with a wider team, in this case the HR function.
