Position: Registered Manager
About our client:
Our client is a small, dedicated residential home located in the heart of Llanelli, committed to providing exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Their mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where our residents can thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
- Ensure high standards of care and support for all residents.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Requirements:
Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role within a residential care setting.
Qualifications: Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management.
Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate Leadership: Ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and dedication.
