The Influencer Marketing Manager's key responsibility is to build a digital community of Boden ambassadors, partner with them to create content fit for business purposes, develop UGC content and increase brand awareness.

With a highly elevated aesthetic, the candidate will identify, execute and source talent and influencers for Boden in the US. Abreast of all new social media platforms and on top of all new rising talent, the Influencer Marketing Manager will interact and nurture relationships with all talent to build a strong Boden community inline with Boden brand values. We want to build a community of interesting talent, beyond traditional fashion influencers that can bring to life and tell Boden's unique story.

The successful candidate should be creative and data-driven with a track record of identifying, planning and executing a successful influencer marketing strategy.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with both the Head of PR and Senior PR & Influencer Officer on an influencer strategy that is in line with Boden brand values that drives brand awareness and con-sideration globally, with a specific US focus. Capitalise on strong talent and agent contacts in order to build a strong Boden community in the digital sphere, working directly with talent and fostering relationships with agents through regular face to face meetings. Acumen for negotiating influencer contracts is a must. Scope out and identify new and relevant influencers at micro and macro levels to drive style credentials, convey brand values, inviting them to select pieces from the new ranges, attend events and create paid partnerships, creating a steady stream of on brand content and UGC for use on Boden channels. Creatively brief talent to ensure Boden's requirements are being met in line with the strategy. Work with the team to ensure the right product is selected for talent, so that Boden's image, identity, and brand standards are consistently maintained and enforced. Seek out reactive digital opportunities based around relevant seasonal moments and trends. Analyse and present back findings on Influencer projects, with reporting on reach, EMV and revenue. THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A deep understanding of the US influencer market, with a proven track record of driv-ing brand awareness in the US. Demonstrating strategic thinking and help build annual plans and timelines throughout the year. Manage budgets to balance out Influencer paid partnership spends throughout the year. Negotiates contracts seamlessly with agents and talent. Executes creative brand briefs for talents to ensure that content achieved is in line with brand values. A highly elevated aesthetic with a broad interest in culture, fashion, the arts, food and music Excellent taste levels, to execute brand values in content and events at a high level. Excellent contacts with talent and influencers alike. Good knowledge of Global talent, specifically within the USA. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional open office environment Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions; naturally biased toward ac-tion while remaining calm in a high-pressure environment.
