Plan and conduct yoga classes tailored to different skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Demonstrate and guide participants through a variety of yoga poses and techniques. Adjust and assist participants to ensure proper form and safety. Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness techniques into classes. Provide modifications and variations to accommodate individual needs and limitations. Maintain a clean and organized studio space before and after each class. Stay current with yoga trends, techniques, and best practices. Promote Everlast Gyms' programs and services to members. Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions as required. Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Opportunities for additional classes and workshops. In-depth knowledge of various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
