Project info
We have 174 EUC (End User Computing) tools within HINV (Innovation Banking) Finance.

The objective of the project is to either enhance or demise as many EUCs as possible using automation, systemisation or data extraction methods.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of Alteryx Proof of Concept (PoC),
  • Mapping of data points for primary and supplementary reporting (across IFRS, FinRep, CE, GSIBs returns) including identification of sources and validations,
  • Documentation and write up of walkthroughs,
  • Ad-hoc EUC data analysis/reporting and business collaboration,
  • Creation of design documents (including approach to ETL automation) with supporting business cases. Demise/Keep/Enhance assessments finalised,
  • Support development of EUCs enhancements (Alteryx/Tableau/Looker),
  • Lead testing, change management (including training) and launch deliverables.
Experience

  • Experience working with large and complex finance data sets,
  • Creating data requirements (mapping required data fields),
  • Demonstrable experience supporting system process enhancements,
  • Knowledge of data management tools (i.e. Alteryx)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (i.e. Tableau/Looker),
  • Creation of business cases and design documents,
  • Leading project activities such as training and change management as required.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience with data and systems would be desirable
  • Alteryx coding experience (or other equivalent tools) would be beneficial
