This school, one of London's leading independent girls' day schools, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual wishing to extend their leadership experience to join a successful and committed team in the Junior School.

As SENDCo, you will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day management of the school's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision. You will ensure high-quality teaching and learning for SEND pupils, promoting inclusive practices and collaborating with staff, parents and external agencies to support the educational and personal development of students.

They are looking for an empathetic and passionate individual, with a strong knowledge of ALN legislation and best practices.

You will provide previous experience of teaching children aged 4 to 11, as well as experience of supporting SEND pupils in mainstream education.

Strong organisational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential for success in this role.

Interviews will take place on Friday 21st June 2024.
