  • Design a scalable, robust ServiceNow SecOps architecture focusing on Vulnerability Response
  • Implement the design by configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform, keeping best practices in mind
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including architectural diagrams, data models, and process flows

  • Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response
  • Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations
