About the role:

The Senior Construction Lawyer position at our client's company is a key role within their legal team. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory, Construction, and Disputes team, the successful candidate will be responsible for various legal aspects within the property and construction contracts. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal agreements, provide advice on construction litigation matters, and collaborate with different teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal agreements
  • Providing advice on legal issues affecting the house building sector
  • Collaborating across the organization and legal team

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of PQE in a top UK law firm, preferably with experience in the property and construction sector. The ideal candidate should be commercially astute, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
