About the Role:

  • Assist teachers in the classroom by providing support to students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
  • Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Support students with their academic and social development, catering to their individual needs.
  • Prepare and organize learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEND).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and students.
