The ideal person for this role will be dedicated to talent booking support within the entertainment industry, and have a good understanding of live and electronic music events.

You will have a natural passion for relationship-building, with budgeting and organisational skills, supporting a real ability to get things done and a strong desire to learn. This is predominantly an initially admin focused role with huge potential for growth within the organisation.

  • Drafting, negotiating and amending contracts and managing the signature process.
  • Submitting invoices for payment and returning remittance.
  • Flagging potential problems and/or risks with contracts and escalating to the legal team where necessary.
  • Managing show budgets accurately, communicating changes clearly to finance.
  • Working alongside our Artist Liaison teams to ensure all booking logistics and administration are in order, including contracting, and accommodation and travel bookings, and that artist and guest experience is a positive one.
  • Collating information for hospitality and tech riders.
  • Closely working with our Operations team to ensure excellent show delivery.
  • Being on-site during shows to act as the primary point of contact for promoters.
  • Recognising opportunities to maximise venue relationships within the industry, e.g. sponsorship opportunities.
  • Contributing to the business with new ideas and taking the initiative.
  • Other ad hoc administrative support duties as they arise, e.g business insurance policies, immigration, and data protection.
  • These duties will extend to additional Broadwick Live venues as they open.
You'll need to have:
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • To be organised, self-motivated, punctual and a great communicator.
  • Professionalism, and the desire to improve processes and delivery.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of organisation.
  • Comfortable with what can be a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and a focus on getting the small things right.
  • A 'team player' attitude, whilst also being confident and able to work independently.
  • The ability to problem-solve independently and seek advice when needed.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience within entertainment / live events / music.
  • Experience of using event management and project management software such as Marcato, Trello, Slack and Evernote.
  • An understanding of contracts and contract law (including both language and process).
What you'll receive:

  • 27 days of annual leave + bank holidays
  • Invaluable experience working with the best in the industry
  • Development and opportunities
