HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Retail Co-ordinator will be an integral part of the team acting as a support to our UK retail structure on day-to-day responsibilities based primarily in our new London Salon. With this, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and comfortable hosting in this 'by appointment encouraged' luxury space. You will be directly involved in tasks within retail management, operations, and CRM. In addition, working closely with UK Management and our HQ Marketing team on local events and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening/closing the salon
  • CRM management (+ logging interaction data)
  • Client hosting and appointment management
  • Sales reporting/processing
  • Vendor management
  • Client repair intake and management
  • Stock management
  • Coordinating client payments
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Planning and coordination of UK events

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 2 years of experience in retail related environment (sales or administrative)
  • Comfortable and confident with IT (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail focused with a strong sense of organisation, discipline, autonomy and team spirit
