We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Crane Supervisor to join our team for a long-term project in Bracknell. This role involves working on a residential house build with an RC frame.

Job Description: As a Crane Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all crane operations on-site to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all crane operations on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other site personnel.
  • Conduct daily checks and maintenance of crane equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with site managers and other team members.
  • Report any defects or issues with crane equipment promptly.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS Blue Card for Crane Supervisor.
  • Medical certification.
  • Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor on construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
