Technical Quality Assurance Graduate

Fiserv's Corporate Graduate Programme is a developmental initiative for early-career professionals, involving two one-year assignments in essential functional roles within the company. These assignments are designed to complement each other, providing a unique and comprehensive experience in the business world—tailored to each individual. As a participant in the Corporate Graduate Programme, you will engage in challenging projects with the potential for a significant impact on the business. The program offers a structured training curriculum, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership.   • Job Title: Technical Quality Assurance Graduate
  • Start date: 1st July 2024
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
  • Location: Basildon, Essex (office based)
  • Salary: £32,000 + attractive sign on bonus

What does a successful Technical Quality Assurance do?

  • Develop and maintain scalable, configurable, and robust enterprise-level test automation frameworks for the IPP.
  • Collaborate with testing and development teams to troubleshoot issues arising from automation test runs.
  • Ensure standardisation in automation practices across different teams.
  • Ensure compatibility of testing libraries across varying degrees of automation complexity.

What you will do

  • Work with developers, analysts, and tech leads to identify appropriate test automation solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for test automation, including user guides and other related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support to the testing community, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you will need to have

  • Be a 2024 graduate with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Be able to commute to Basildon, Essex 4 days a week
