At Excell Supply, we are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our busy team in Oswestry, Shropshire.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and telephone experience to join a market leader. This role may also suit someone who is looking to begin a career in recruitment, who wants to learn from some of the best recruiters in the local Education market.


Job purpose:

  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment consultants and Branch Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Write, place and update adverts using job boards and social media
  • Attending job and university fairs
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
  • Build relationships with perspective candidates
  • Work towards agreed KPIs and targets
  • Support the compliance team with pre- employment checks

  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with candidates, clients and the wider team
  • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident and persuasive communicator
  • Self-Motivated with great time management skills
