We work across a wide range of industries, within agencies and brands across many sectors. Our top clients include Born Social, Publicis, 1000 Heads, Mother, TikTok, Channel 4, Lego, Uber, Disney, ITV, Charlotte Tilbury and ASOS.


As a Senior Recruiter you’ll grow your own desk, building relationships with new clients and placing the best candidates into their businesses whilst cross selling opportunities across the wider group.


  • Identify business opportunities within target clients / sectors
  • Carry out business development activities to drive new business sales
  • Offer recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
  • Cross sell the other brands within Majar Group
  • Source high level candidates within your specific specialism
  • Engage with active and passive candidates
  • Develop a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector
