HYBRID – GLASGOW – 2 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This retail bank is currently going through a huge growth phase in its analytics function, with this team acting as an internal consultancy cover customer analytics and insights
THE ROLE
As a Senior Analytics Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working on a range of different projects across customer lifetime management, customer analytics, and marketing analytics
- Leading teams of analysts and being hands-on when required
- Taking a commercial standpoint, assessing ROI, profit, cost savings, etc
- Collaborating with a variety of senior stakeholders and managing stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in an analytics management position (or similar) is needed
- Understanding of customer analytics is necessary
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Python required
- Management experience also necessary
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Consulting experience a plus
