Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Test Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Admin and Salesforce, with domain experience in Hi-Tech. The Sr. Product Test Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • To lead the testing efforts for Salesforce Admin and Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
  • Providing detailed reports on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • To Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • To Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensuring all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • To develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • To conduct performance testing to ensure that applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • To participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
  • To mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support as needed.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices within the organization.
  • To ensure that all testing activities align with the company’s goals and objectives, contributing to overall business success 100%
