Human Resources Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor position on behalf of our client, a leading global law firm, to join their London HR team.
This dynamic and exciting role will see you working alongside a likeminded human resources team, focusing on generalist duties for some of the firms key practice areas.
Duties include:
- Assisting with and taking ownership of employee lifecycle tasks
- Salary and bonus evaluations
- Parental leave and sabbaticals
- Building business cases for new hires
- Other generalist HR and business partnering duties
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with circa 3 years of proven experience of working in a legal or professional services environment. They are keen to meet with seasoned advisors or those looking to take a step up from an assistant or coordinator level role. Experience working with policy reviews and Workday is highly desirable.
