Working primarily on joined-up B2B campaigns, we pride ourselves on getting under the skin of what our clients do, and working collaboratively with them to define and bring to life why this matters to their audiences - whether it be the latest technology for cancer-treatment, satellites and space propulsion or novel soil-scanning solutions that are changing the face of agriculture.

You’ll be:
An experienced creative team player who can think strategically across different media and play a key part in the creation process from inception to production. You will have a strong appreciation of brand strategy, messaging and positioning and be able to use this expertise to inform and shape your creative solutions.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun and social environment; have excellent creative and time management skills, as well as a pragmatic and flexible approach to working, whether independently or collaboratively.
Production of original creative ideas & concepts is the absolute essence of this role. You will need to demonstrate a solid ability to understand and process client objectives and requirements, responding to them with compelling and memorable creative thinking, pushing boundaries, employing the latest trends and mediums whilst mindful of budgets and deadlines. You will be responsible for developing conceptual ideas across a range of touchpoints, as well as managing the development and realisation of your thinking within the team.
You need to be bold and confident with your ideas, but willing to take advice and guidance too. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be required to interact with different individuals and talk knowledgeably about your ideas and concepts.
Responsibilities:
Drive forward and/or provide support for (mainly B2B) marketing campaigns
Work cross-functionally with agency account teams and copy writers, and clients themselves
Multi-task while designing components for various projects, across multiple mediums and marketing channels.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, MS PowerPoint
Experience across various social media platforms
- Video and motion graphics experience
